Alena’s Lacrosse Portrait Session

It's always a mix of emotions when your child approaches their senior year of high school. You're proud of their accomplishments, but also a little sad to see them grow up and leave the nest. And then, of course, there's the challenge of getting those perfect senior portraits series! When your daughter is a varsity lacrosse player, you know you're in for an interesting senior portrait session!

There we were, in my photography studio, Alena in her dark green uniform with the number 77 and the letter W representing her varsity team. (The John Cooper School doesn’t have a lacrosse team yet so Alena joined The Woodlands Girls Lacrosse Association as part of The Woodlands High School varsity team.) Alena kept me on my toes with her hilarious antics, but we still managed to capture a few good shots.

Sometimes the best memories are the ones made in the midst of chaos. Alena's senior portrait session was no exception - we laughed, we joked, and we eventually got the perfect shots. It was also a hilarious experience. So proud of my varsity lacrosse player and the young woman she's becoming!
