Cap and Gown portraits for Teresa
“Dear Karina, Thank you so much for making me feel so comfortable at the photo shoot. You are truly gifted and I love my pictures. Thank you so much!”
~ Teresa P.
Portrait series for Michelle
Before our session: “I HATE my pictures being taken and I am VERY hard to photograph. (My smile makes me squint and then my eyes looked closed). I ONLY like candid shots and loved how natural Amy's pictures looked that could still be used as head shots.”
~ Michelle S.
A portrait session in a hotel lobby
I was reminded today of a hotel shoot we did with Alena last summer in Washington DC. The city was empty and the hotel atrium was completely desolate. It seemed like a perfect opportunity to do a spontaneous mini-session. We utilised the midday sun diffused by the hotel roof and the on-camera flash to get a variety of shots within a short period of time.
I really like the results but if I were doing a personal branding shoot for a client, I would have used a couple of softboxes of white umbrellas to achieve the complete feeling of natural light and of course would shoot tethered and take my time to get each shot absolutely perfect.
Juliane’s Business Portraits
“I love the way you captured the spirit of your subjects. I know Melanie and her family well and it shows what an incredible family they are, and their individual unique personalities. With her professional photos, I like how you were able to strike a balance between them being very professional but personal, since she's in the fitness industry, I love how they show that off, but not in a stiff way where if feels like she's posing. Just brilliant! I would hope with mine that they reflect my personality. I pride myself on excellent customer service, personal attention, and most of all that the design experience is fun and the end results reflect my clients and their unique tastes.” Juliane M.
Portrait series for Amy
“I so enjoyed meeting and talking with Karina Eremina at Joy of the Moment Photography in Sewickley. Folks in the Pittsburgh area - I highly recommend her! She is a wonderful photographer and great to work with.” ~ Amy W.
Alena and her photobombing dog
Our dog is a notorious photobomber. When he thinks my daughter and I have spent enough time in my studio, he just lies down in front of the camera and won’t budge. This is a rare occasion when I can actually photograph him in a still position, not running, jumping, barking, or chasing a chipmunk.
Dr UnOrthoDoc - Personal Branding Session for Patrice
“They all came out beautifully. Thank you!!!”
~ Patrice S.
Stephanie’s Portraits for Pilates Studio
Look at this girl and see beyond her outer beauty: see her strong character and her ability to empathize. Stephanie was a Division I volleyball player, and discovered pilates while recovering from a severe lower back injury.
Mara’s Business Headshots
Mara is the Vice President of a civil engineering firm and an instructor at @clearlypilates. She wanted some portraits to represent her as a business woman and a strong negotiator, as well as honest, reliable and knowledgeable.
Judy’s Pilates Portfolio
Judy is the fittest person I’ve ever met in my entire life. Her breathing rhythm didn’t go up one notch when I asked her to freeze for quite a few minutes in those incredibly hard pilates poses.
Melanie’s Business Portraits
“You did a great job” - Melanie P.
What does it mean to be yourself? Is it just one personality? How many dimensions of ‘yourself’ are there? Which one do you bring forward during your portrait session?
Julie’s Personal Branding Session
Personal branding session for Clearly Pilates Owner & Instructor Julie Trovato. We did headshots in our professional photography studio and environmental action and team pictures in her pilates studio
